As first-timers to pet sitting, we were so anxious about Gracie on the first night of our vacation. So the next morning we phoned Susan to check in... she reassured us that everything was great, and that was all we needed to hear.

From that moment on we began to totally relax and enjoy ourselves. In fact, we never even called back in all week (imagine!) -- an indication of just how comfortable Susan made us feel. Gracie was in remarkably capable hands!

In a world where it's possible to call up, drive thru or log on to get just about anything you want, it's often tough to find peace of mind. But not for us because we've found The Pawfessionals!

Hi again Darren -

Just a quick note to tell you how wonderful it was to have Robert as our pet care specialist...He is such a lovely person and his upbeat personality is infectious!  Although this was the 5th (6th?) time we'd used The Pawfessionals, it was the first leaving the country, so there was a certain amount of anxiety on my part because of the sheer distance.  But, once again, Gracie was the happiest dog in town when we arrived back!

Our only dilemma is that now we have TWO Pawfessionals specialists that we know and love.
Both Robert and Susan are such dolls and such experts at what they do -- we're going to have to try to alternate trips between them!.  Where in the world do you find such amazing people?????

Dear Darren,
